Surgery is an eager and ballsy option route to possibly take. The doctor is able to either cut ligaments that attach the penis to pelvic and push the penis outward, or fat can be injected into the penis. These options are both highly risky. Cutting the ligament only adds about an inch and can leave the penis less stable.
Injecting fat can cause the penis to be bumpy due to the fat not staying put and it can even leak out.
The surgical method is done by cutting the 2 tendons holding the penis up. By doing so, the penis is dropped down and out, increasing the length by 1 to 2 inches. Every now and then, the surgical method is combined by clamping some of the blood vessels to increase blood retention in the shaft to make it harder and larger.
The self-applied methods include pills and supplements, cosmetic, penis pump, jelqing, stretching, hanging, and clamping.
Penis Pumps - These are horrible things! These penis pumps create a low pressure vacuum, then the high pressure blood expands outward. It produces a slightly 'inflated' look for a temporary period of time. The real darkside of these things are the potential for harm.
The process of encasing the penis in a low vacuum has been know to cause internal bleeding and broken blood vessels.

This natural extract alone can solve most men's problems and more. This means it is very probable to enhance one's sex life.
I also bought a stretching device, but it was very uncomfortable to wear, and the instructions called for it to be worn for at least an hour at a time. It even caused some bruising to my penis, so I quit using it.
